Purpose:本政策的目的是规定学院可能采取的纪律处分:(1)对任何被发现违反赌钱app可以微信提现学生行为准则的学生;或(2)当确定学生的行为不符合其他学生的最佳利益时, employees or the College as a whole. Such disciplinary actions shall include, but are not limited to, the actions stated in this Policy below.

Statement:

学院应根据所犯行为或违规行为的类型和严重程度确定适当的纪律处分. 学院不需要按照任何顺序或顺序执行所列的纪律处分.

Types of Disciplinary Actions:

  1. Warning: 书面或口头通知学生，学生的行为是不可接受的, 该学生违反了《赌钱app可以微信提现》和/或任何未来的违规行为将受到进一步的纪律处分.
  2. Probation: 在一段时间内，学生必须满足一定的要求，才能继续成为赌钱app可以微信提现学生. The conditions may include, but are not limited to, 失去在校生本应享有的特权, 要求学生完成的作业或行动, 和/或学生承认，任何违反学生行为准则的行为都可能导致额外的纪律处分.
  3. Suspension: Separation of the student from a class, program, activity, event, or any College-owned, College-operated, 或大学在一定时期内使用的设备, 之后学生才有资格返回. 可以规定重新入学的条件.
  4. Expulsion: 将该学生永久从班级中除名, program, activity, event, or any College-owned, College-operated, or College-utilized facility.

Additional Sanctions: 除上述纪律处分外，或与上述纪律处分同时进行, 作为纪律处分的一部分，学院可能会采取以下不详尽的制裁措施:强制培训, hold on student records, academic or personal counseling, 参加学生援助计划, restitution and fines, required administrative meetings, medical certification/evaluation, execution of a behavioral agreement, modifications to the academic schedule, 签发与另一个人有关的禁止接触令, mandatory project or assignment (i.e. writing assignment), denial of privileges, emergency suspension, 禁止参加赌钱app可以微信提现校园活动和/或社区服务.

Interim Measures: 

根据学生纪律处分操作程序投诉319.02, a dean in Student Success & 接触可能会立即采取临时措施, 包括在适当情况下暂停或移除, 在申诉过程结束之前或未决期间，如果该学生继续在课堂上出现, program, activity or event, or on any College-owned, College-operated, 或大学使用的设施对自己或他人构成重大危险, 及/或有合理理由相信该等临时措施是为保护生命或财产或确保维持秩序所必需的.

In imposing interim measures, 院长将考虑所采取措施的潜在后果, 比如学生不能去上课. 院长可能允许学生以其他方式履行学业或其他义务.

学生可以通过向学生成功副校长办公室提交书面请求，要求审查临时措施，而临时措施仍然有效 & Engagement. The Vice President over Student Success & Engagement, 指导或继续教育将审查请求，并决定是否维持临时措施, modified or terminated. 副总统的决定将是最终决定, 临时措施程序将与调查和惩戒程序分开.

Student Disciplinary Complaint:
